Duties and Responsibilities
- assist with research and evaluation of the online text-based emotional support service
- conduct literature reviews, data collection, data analysis and report writing
- liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate research activities
- conduct interviews and focus groups
- perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences or related disciplines
- outstanding communication, analytic and writing skills
- a strong sense of responsibility
- attentive to details
- excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
- An aptitude for quantitative data analysis (SPSS, R, or similar statistical packages) and qualitative research methods is preferred
- Experience in mental health projects in Hong Kong would be an advantage

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
