Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 534413) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ relevant administrative experience. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, good organizational and communication skills, cultural awareness and strong computer literacy. They should be a good team player, detail-oriented and self-motivated, and have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, a customer service orientation, and the ability to handle crises gracefully. Experience in handling Student Information System (SIS) would be an advantage.
The appointee will provide support to the MBA Programme. Major duties include but not limited to course administration, handling student enquiries and grievance cases, liaising with professors about classroom logistics and course materials, staffing student events, producing office documentation and reports; and perform other duties as assigned. The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus and be required to work on weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
