About the Role
The JUPAS Office is seeking a mature, proactive and detail-oriented individual to join the team. The appointee will provide operational and administrative support to the Office and contribute to the smooth delivery of overall services and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling enquiries through various channels, including email, chatbot, telephone and in-person counter services;
- Assisting with the handling and management of application and operational data;
- Providing operational support and participating user acceptance testing (UAT) for JUPAS systems;
- Supporting general office administration and day-to-day operations of the Office;
- Assisting with procurement, bookkeeping and accounting-related duties, such as handling quotations, payments, purchase orders, and supporting budgetary control, and
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the work of the JUPAS Office.
About the Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A good Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably gained in tertiary institutions;
- Experience in procurement, accounting and budgetary control will be an advantage;
- A good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably with fluency in Cantonese. Putonghua is an advantage;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with appropriate customer service etiquette; experience interacting with different stakeholders will be an advantage;
- High attention to detail, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and consistency;
- Good numerical sense and an appropriate level of IT proficiency, and
- A responsible, self-motivated team player who is flexible and able to prioritise tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
