Applications are invited for appointment as Executive Officer (EO) in Research Services of the Registry (Ref.: 534571), to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
Applicants should possess a good University degree with at least 4 years’ solid administrative work experience, preferably in the higher education sector. They should have good organisational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, computer literacy, and be able to work independently and under pressure. They should also be good team players with the ability to multitask and be attentive to details.
The appointee will administer research funding/fellowship/award schemes, provide support to research ethics and integrity applications and events, maintain website and system, and perform other duties as assigned by the Section Head.
