Applicants should possess a good University degree with at least 6–8 years of relevant hands-on experience at a supervisory level in the tertiary education sector. An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, coupled with high-level communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, is essential. Applicants should be self-motivated, attentive to detail, and capable of multi-tasking and working independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines. A strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving ability, and proven leadership skills to motivate and lead a team are also required.
The appointee will lead the Research & Innovation team and provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the School. Key responsibilities include playing a versatile role in the planning and execution of activities for the School's postgraduates programmes, knowledge exchange programmes, and the Body Donation Programme; overseeing seminars, symposiums, related events management and grant applications; supervising executive and clerical staff; and performing ad hoc and non-routine tasks as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
