Senior Student Affairs Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) (Ref: 534760) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably with 2-3 year’s relevant work experience. They should have a good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua), with strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in the design and application of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop and/or WordPress is required. A sound level of IT proficiency, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is essential; knowledge of advanced Excel applications would be an advantage. The successful candidate should be detail-minded, well-organised, and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
The appointee will provide comprehensive administrative support to Dean’s Office, with strong emphasis on design and publicity. He/she will also assist with daily operations of CEDARS, perform event-related support duties, and undertake other responsibilities as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
