Manager, Undergraduate Student Enrichment (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 534767) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
 
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ programme management and/or development experience, preferably in a tertiary institution.  They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese), be a good team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and be able to work on their own initiative under tight deadlines.  Commitment to quality and results, excellent time management and problem-solving skills, professional work attitude and a high level of computer literacy are essential qualities. 
 
The appointee will assist in overseeing the operation of the Faculty’s self-funded undergraduate programme. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating student enrichment programmes, workshops, and events; providing guidance and support to students regarding extracurricular activities and personal development; collaborating with academic staff and external partners to deliver meaningful student engagement opportunities; monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of student life initiatives; serving as a point of contact for student welfare and engagement matters; and maintaining records and preparing reports related to student activities and outcomes.  The appointee will also perform any other duties as assigned.  Occasional travel and work outside normal office hours may be required.
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
