Executive Officer/Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref.: 536582) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of full-time work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. Prior experience in program administration and student affairs is highly desirable. They should have a good command of spoken and written English, possess strong organizational and communication skills, be highly computer literate. The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation are essential. Those with less experience will be considered for appointment as Senior Executive Assistant.

The appointee will perform a broad range of administrative duties, and provide essential support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the program team. Responsibilities include assisting with the coordination and management of academic programmes. Additionally, the appointee will manage general office administration and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend interviews and written assessments.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
