Research Assistant I/ II in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref: 537113)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct various in-vivo and animal study projects to investigate novel drugs.
• Assist in data collection.
• Facilitate day-to-day operations of the lab including housekeeping.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in medical or biological sciences or related disciplines).
• Background in animal study research would be advantageous.
• Competent in conducting literature search.
• A strong sense of responsibility, good organizational skills and a good command of written and spoken English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

What We Offer

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
