Senior Programme Manager (at the rank of Administrative Assistant II) in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.: 537260) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Programme Manager to oversee and coordinate our diverse university scholarship schemes and initiatives, driving impactful programme delivery and fostering strong university partnerships.
Applicants should have a good Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of work experience, preferably in the education sector or public relations-related fields.
This position is specifically suited for candidates with proven experience in college/university admissions. Ideal candidates should be familiar with student admissions management systems; possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and have strong project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. They should also demonstrate a proactive attitude with a knack for problem-solving, alongside strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
The appointee will leverage extensive experience in college/university admissions to guide program development, as well as manage and optimise student admissions systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy. He/She will lead and motivate a frontline customer service team to deliver excellent support to prospective students, parents, and counsellors. The appointee will also independently oversee projects to ensure timely progress; collaborate with internal departments and external partners; and monitor and enhance admissions processes to improve both the student experience and operational effectiveness.
The appointee will liaise with other University departments and external organisations, and perform any other duties assigned by the Head of the Office. He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends.
