Part-time Research Assistant I in the School of Chinese Medicine (Ref: 537567) (to commence as soon as possible, for a period of one year.)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Chinese medicine, Psychology, Behavioural Science or a related discipline. Applicants should have a solid background in clinical research, and community research studies, with experience in data entry and monitoring. They should demonstrate the ability to conduct clinical research in the screening of eligible participants and collecting data, as well as in grant applications and funding proposals. Prior experience in adolescent engagement is preferred. Proficiency in MS office software tools, and an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
The appointee will assist in research projects related to adolescents with psychological distress. He / She will be involved in participant recruitment and screening, outcome assessments and biospecimen handling; prepare publications and reports; and perform other duties as assigned under the PI’s supervision.
