Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, EMBA Admissions (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 537568) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal) 
 
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in student admissions, relationship management, human resources, or related fields. They should have outstanding organisational and communication skills, an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), as well as proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. They should also be mature, meticulous and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and be a good team player. Candidates with strong data management and back-office support skills, client relationship management experience, or familiarity with social media platforms (including proficiency in using WeChat for promotion) would be highly preferred. Those with less experience will be considered for the post of Clerk II.
 
The appointee will assist in various admissions-related areas of the Faculty’s EMBA programme, such as applicant follow-up, database management, academic credential verification, employment background checks, event support, and the processing of invoices and purchase orders. He/She may also perform other duties as assigned. The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. 
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
