Executive Officer in the School of Nursing (Ref.: 495860) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 4 years’ solid administrative experience. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English (with an overall band score of 7.5 or above in IELTS or equivalent) and Chinese (including Putonghua); IT proficiency; good communication and interpersonal skills; a high level of organizational and problem-solving skills; a strong sense of responsibility; the ability to work independently with initiative; and the ability to multi-task. They should also be a good team player and attentive to details. The appointee will perform a wide spectrum of administrative work related to the teaching and learning of undergraduate or taught postgraduate programmes. He/She will also provide secretarial support to committees and meetings, plan and organize academic-related activities and events, supervise junior staff, and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
