Senior IT Assistant in the Faculty of Arts (Ref.: 499067) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or other related discipline, preferably with work experience in IT related field.  They should have good knowledge of IT and AV equipment, system development life cycle and sound knowledge of programming skills.  They should also have a good problem solving ability, able to work under pressure; and have a strong sense of responsibility.  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.  The appointee will be responsible for technical assistance to faculty, maintenance of websites/in-house system; troubleshooting of computing and AV facilities; assist with ongoing projects and perform other duties as assigned.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.  

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
