Technical Officer/ Senior Technical Assistant (several posts) in Imaging and Flow Cytometry Core of the Centre for PanorOmic Sciences (CPOS) (Ref.: 503661) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above in Biological Sciences or a related discipline.  They should also have good communication skills, the ability to work in a team, self-motivation, a sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn new techniques.  Experience in core equipment management is preferred.  The appointees will assist the Laboratory Manager in (i) operating and maintaining core equipment in Imaging and Flow Cytometry Core; (ii) training users and organizing workshops; (iii) developing and implementing standard operation protocols for users, preparing usage and financial reports; and (iv) performing administrative duties as assigned.  Information about Imaging and Flow Cytometry Core can be obtained at  Those who have responded to the previous advertisement (Ref.: 503414) need not re-apply.
