Administrative Assistant II/Executive Officer (several posts) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 508594) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two- to three-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 4 years’ supervisory experience in the higher education sector or a public/quasi-public organization. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; and the ability to produce high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience and demonstrated track record in one or more of the following areas are essential: (i) clinical affairs; (ii) organizational restructuring and development; (iii) staff training and development; (iv) committee support; (v) human resources; and (vi) general services. Those with lower qualifications and/or less experience may be considered as Executive Officer.
The appointees will play a vital role in providing support to one or more of the said functional areas in the administration of the Faculty Office. Work outside office hours and on weekends may be required occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
