Executive Officer in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 515024) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years’ full-time work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), strong leadership and management skills, and good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in developing websites, writing and publishing official documents, and managing external relations would be highly desirable.
The appointee will develop and implement effective communications strategy for the public and relevant professionals; prepare project documents including protocols, reports, publications, articles for social media and website contents; handle inquiries from external parties; conduct data analysis; and perform other duties as assigned. Work outside normal office hours and on weekends may be required occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
