Research Assistant I/II (several posts) in the Division of Health Economics, Policy and Management of the School of Public Health (Ref.: 515437) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above in statistics or health sciences. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of biostatistics, epidemiology and data analysis would be a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Those with higher qualification and/or more experience may be considered for appointment as Research Assistant I.

The appointees will participate in interdisciplinary multi-year research programmes on population health policy and programme evaluation related to breast cancer screening, maternity leave, genomic medicine, COVID-19 vaccine allergy safety, and the modelling of indirect impacts of COVID-19 on non-communicable diseases. They will collect data, recruit patients, review literature, analyse data, prepare academic publications and reports, and perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
