Technical Officer in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 526237) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a postgraduate degree. They should have at least 2 years’ solid work experience in biological sciences or a related laboratory science discipline, and mouse genetics. They should also be highly motivated, and able to work independently and as a team in a multidisciplinary laboratory environment.
The appointees will provide laboratory and administrative support in biomedical research, and technical support in communal facilities; and assist in teaching including student practicum.
