Research Assistant I/II in the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 526253)

Duties and Responsibilities

• assist the coordination of clinical research projects
• coordinate study visit
• liaise with external parties and vendors
• data collection, entry and management
• assist in the preparation of study reports and regulatory paperwork
• provide administrative and logistical support for clinical trials
• perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• a Bachelor’s degree preferably in life science related disciplines, with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience
• self-motivated, a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• a good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• IT proficiency and/or expertise in database management
• experience in project management software would be advantageous

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
