Research Assistant I/II in the Division of Respiratory Medicine of the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 526256)

Duties and Responsibilities

• conduct and supervise clinical research
• coordinate clinical trials
• assist in patient consent and recruitment procedures
• handle clinical databases and basic statistical analysis
• collect clinical specimens
• perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with experience in clinical research
• a good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• proficiency in using Microsoft word and excel, including graphs plotting with excel
• knowledge of statistics, especially in using SPSS and R program

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
