Marketing and Programme Officer (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Cultural Management Office (Ref.: 526268) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree with demonstrated knowledge and a passion for music and the arts, with at least 1 year's relevant work experience in arts organisations.  They should have a strong sense of responsibility; an outstanding command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and IT proficiency.  Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and WordPress is desirable.  They should also be self-motivated; attentive to details with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to prioritise tasks and multitask; and be able to work independently and under pressure. 

The appointee will assist in organizing cultural performances and learning events; liaising with ushers; developing and implementing advertising/publicity/digital-marketing campaigns; maintaining website and databases; handling ticketing matters; providing general administrative support to the office; and performing other duties as assigned. Working shifts on Saturdays and Sundays may be required.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
