Clerical Assistant, Office Management Team in the Finance and Enterprises Office (Ref.: 526280)


The Role


The appointee will assist in a full spectrum of office administrative support including but not limited to the following areas:


  • office reception and answering enquires;
  • performing general clerical duties;
  • handling and filing office documents;
  • office administration;
  • handling cash;
  • supporting office events; and
  • any other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Qualities


  • minimum with Form 5 or equivalent with at least 1 year’s work experience, preferably with office management experience such as counter services, cashier duties, scanning or filing;
  • a Diploma or above qualification is a plus;
  • good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • good knowledge of PC and software applications such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese input;
  • self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team; and
  • integrity in handling confidential information. 


What We Offer


The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits. Preference will be given to those who are immediately available.
