Research Assistant II in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (Ref: 526460) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis or a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in psychology, neuroscience, social sciences, medical science, education or other healthcare related disciplines. Relevant experience in performing research studies will be an advantage. Successful applicant should be self-motivated, highly committed, able to work in a team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese as well as good organizational and administrative skills.

The appointee will support the research team to conduct various research studies and community projects on child development and neuroscience. The appointee will liaise with different parties to carry out the assigned projects; assist in data collection and management; prepare reports and presentations; perform data analysis under supervision; provide administrative support; and perform other duties as assigned. Working on evenings and public holidays may be required. Specific on-the-job training will be provided if necessary.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
