Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 526475) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ solid administrative work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and an appropriate level of IT skills including MS Word and Excel. They should be a fast learner, a good team player, attentive to details, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Fresh graduates with a good academic background will also be considered. Applicants with lower qualifications and/or less experience may be considered as Clerk II.

The appointee will provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support to the Faculty’s IT and Campus Innovation Team. He/She will manage procurement and purchase, handle Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Tender, draft internal documentation and reports, arrange meeting logistics, perform asset management, liaise with internal and external stakeholders; and perform other duties as assigned. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
