Executive Officer in the Academic Support and Examinations Section of the Registry (Ref.: 526648) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal).
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' solid administrative work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good organisational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Applicants should also have strong IT skills, be meticulous, have the capability to handle multiple tasks, and be able to work independently as well as in a team.
The appointee will work in the Academic Services Office to oversee the issuance of university official documents in coordination with Faculties. He/She will also be expected to supervise clerical staff; assist or lead on IT system enhancements and updates; provide support to senior administrators and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
