Qualifications and Qualities
- Form 3 or equivalent, with at least 1 year’s solid work experience;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to communicate in Cantonese and write simple Chinese and English;
- Ability to work independently;
- Fluency in Putonghua as an advantage.
The Role
The appointee will handle general office administrative work such as replenishing pantry supplies and assisting office operations, help to arrange maintenance work for office facilities and equipment, keep office areas tidy and clean, act as back-up for receptionist and prepare tea when required, deliver documents outdoors, and perform other duties as assigned.
