Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Programme Manager) at the Hong Kong Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences (Ref.: 527248) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance) 

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ relevant work experience in the higher education sector or of a related field.  Prior experience in taught postgraduate programme administration is strongly preferred.  They should be a good team player and self-starter who are attentive to details, with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask and work independently.  A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required. 

The appointee will provide support to the Institute’s new TPg programme (Master of Family Wealth Management) and deliver a wide range of student services, including but not limited to programme promotion, recruitment and student admissions, processing applications and admissions offers, programme operations, academic coordination, and interaction with faculty members, prospective candidates, students and other stakeholders.  He/She will also perform other duties as assigned.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.  

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
