Executive Assistant, Development and Alumni (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 527251) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed- term basis, with contract- end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with at least 1 to2 years’ of experience in communications, public relations, alumni affairs and/or events management.  They should be good team players with good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.  Data management and organisation skills are required, and skills in graphic design would be a definite advantage. Fresh graduates with a good academic background will also be considered.

The appointee will provide administrative support to the Faculty’s Development and Alumni Team in organising different events, and communicating with donors and alumni regarding upcoming events.  He/She will also be required to assist with record management and contact information updates in the donor and alumni database.  The appointee will also provide social media and e-communications support, and assist in general administrative duties.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
