Senior Research Assistant in the Department of Civil Engineering (Ref.: 527268), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal.

Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible for establishing a generative AI-based engine and developing interfaces to collect and cleanse operation data. The appointee will work under the supervision of Dr. Jintao Ke.

Requirements
Candidates should possess a master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related field. They must be able to commit to full-time employment without any other concurrent employment obligations.
The following skills and experience are expected:
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
- Experience in developing AI-based systems and algorithms.
- Familiarity with data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing techniques
- Good Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control and agile software development.
- Relevant front-end and back-end project development work experience is a plus.
