Programme Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) / Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.: 528792) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a good Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of work experience, an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; the ability to work independently with initiative; an outgoing personality; excellent organisational and communication skills; and be self-motivated.  Experience in image and video editing using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, AI, Premiere Pro) and other video software is preferred.  They should also have good time management skills and be able to work under pressure.  Fresh university graduates with good writing skills will also be considered.

The appointee will provide support to the Admissions Office for the promotion of the University for undergraduate admissions in Hong Kong, overseas, and Mainland China.  He/She will also support social media content creation, website updates, event liaison, administrative coordination and perform any other duties as assigned.  The appointee may be required to work outside office hours and on weekends.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. 

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
