Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 528811) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance) 

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree, with 2 years’  work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently; and be mature, self-motivated and a good team player.   Those with less experience will be considered as Executive Assistant.

The appointee will provide support to the administration and operation of China postgraduate programmes in the Faculty, including marketing and admissions, organizing alumni/students’ enrichment events, assisting in academic coordination, interacting with prospective candidates, students, alumni and other stakeholders, assisting in general office administration, handling enquires;  and performing any other duties as assigned.  He/She will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends, and travel to the Mainland China. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
