Assistant Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Engineering (Ref.: 529954) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years of solid administrative work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; the ability to work independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines; and an appropriate level of IT skills. They should also be good team players who can handle multiple tasks and pay attention to details.

The appointee will assist the Director of Tam Wing Fan Innovation Wing and provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Innovation Wing, including finance and general office administration. He/she will assist in overseeing the daily operation of the facility, planning and organizing experiential learning programmes and activities for students and perform other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
