Senior Project Officer/Project Officer (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 530088) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)  

Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 1 year of relevant work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong MS Excel, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; demonstrated competence in performing administrative tasks; and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. They should be mature, persuasive, personable, attentive to details, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Those with less experience and/or lower qualifications may be considered as Project Officer. 

The appointee will support the operation of undergraduate admissions such as applications processing and interview arrangement. He/She will provide administrative support to facilitate the admission of undergraduate students; assist candidates through walk-in, telephone and emails; ensure effective communications with the candidates; and perform other duties as assigned in support of the Faculty's mission, core values and goals.  Work outside office hours and on weekends may be required occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. 

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
