Executive Assistant in the Faculty of Science (Ref.: 530089) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, with at least one to two years' work experience. Those with relevant work experience in the tertiary education sector are preferred. Applicants should have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good organizational and interpersonal skills, and computer proficiency. They should also have a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently, be attentive to details, and be able to work independently as well as in a team.
The job duties assigned will be subject to the skills and experience of the appointee. The appointee will provide administrative support for postgraduate programmes such as admission, examination, course enrollment and other related student matters. He/She will also provide administrative support for research grants bidding and related matters, and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test and an interview.
