Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Engineering (Ref.: 530161) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years’ relevant experiences, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), IT proficiency, good interpersonal, problem-solving and organisational skills. They should also be self-motivated, presentable, outgoing, and able to interact effectively with people from diverse cultures. Fresh graduates with a good academic background will also be considered.
The appointee will provide administrative support on taught postgraduate programmes such as admission, examination, course enrolment, scholarships and other related student matters. He/She will also be responsible for the coordination of student enrichment activities, workshops and any other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours may be occasionally required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
