We are looking for Project Coordinator/Project Executive/Project Assistant (at the rank of Senior Research Assistant/Research Assistant I/II) (Ref no.: 530235) to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
The Role
The appointee will provide support to various research projects, research grant applications, community health projects liaison and advocacy, and perform day-to-day administrative duties and other duties as assigned. Information about the School can be obtained at http://sph.hku.hk/.
Qualifications and Qualities
- possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in social sciences, communications, business, or related disciplines, with at least 3 years’ work experience;
- a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and IT proficiency (e.g., MS Office and database);
- strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills;
- the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines;
- attentive to details, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team;
