Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 530335) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above with 2 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; IT proficiency; good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; and the ability to work independently.
The appointee will provide executive and secretarial support to clinical academic staff in the Department; support day-to-day office operations; assist in departmental events; and perform other duties as assigned.
Working on weekends will be required while working outside normal office hours may be occasionally required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test and an interview.
