Applications are invited for appointments as Post-doctoral Fellow in Buddhist Studies (Buddhism) (Ref.: 531439), to commence in September 2025, or nearly thereafter, for 2 years.

Applicants should have completed a Ph.D. degree in Buddhist Studies, or in closely related disciplines by the time of appointment. The position is focused on Buddhist Studies widely conceived to encompass leading discourses from various disciplines. Applicants with international background, research experience, and peer-reviewed publications in Buddhist Studies are encouraged to apply.

The fellow is expected to be an active member in the academic community of the Centre of Buddhist Studies and participate in all academic events organized by the Centre. All publications ensuing during the fellowship should acknowledge the Centre of Buddhist Studies and the sponsor of this position for their support.
