Office Attendant in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 531542) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have completed Form 3 or above, with at least 8 years’ work experience in handling office matters in an educational institution. They should also have a fair command of written and spoken Chinese and English, a good sense of responsibility, be pleasant and polite, and able to work independently.
The appointee will provide general office support at the Faculty’s campus in Cyberport, including delivery of documents, maintaining office cleanliness, providing logistics support to functions and events; and perform any other duties as assigned. The appointee will be required to work on Saturdays for 6 days a week and may be required to work overtime as and when necessary.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
