Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 531703) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)  
 
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ relevant administrative experience.  They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, good organizational and communication skills, cultural awareness and strong computer literacy.  They should be a good team-player, detail-oriented, self-motivated, having strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently, handle crisis gracefully and perform multi-task.  Experience in customer service is an advantage. 
 
The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support for the Faculty’s MBA programme. Major duties include handling student enquiries and grievance cases, liaising with professors about classroom logistics, staffing student events, distribution of course materials, assisting with timetabling, producing office documentation and reports, manage Student Information System; and perform other duties as assigned.  He/She may also be required to work overtime on occasion when necessary. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. He/She will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus.
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
