Assistant Manager for Admissions Outreach (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 531822) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have a good university degree with at least 3 years’ work, preferably in the education sector in student recruitment and outreach, student admissions, events management, communications or marketing. They should be mature, meticulous, open-minded, personable and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills inclusive of a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. They should also have demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The appointee will be responsible for the planning and implementation of admissions-related outreach activities. He/she will need to co-ordinate and conduct admissions talks, devise various marketing campaigns (both online and offline) related to admissions, produce marketing collaterals and manage Student Ambassador programme and activities within the Faculty. He/she will act as a liaison point between both internal and external parties to the Faculty. The appointee will need to maintain flexibility to perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned in support of the Faculty's mission, core values and goals. Working outside normal office hours and during weekends may be required occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
