Applicants should hold a good Bachelor’s degree and have at least one year of relevant full‑time work experience in tertiary institutions. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); strong interpersonal and communication skills; a pleasant telephone manner; self‑motivation and a strong sense of responsibility; good teamwork spirit; and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing, is essential.
The appointee will provide comprehensive administrative support to the School’s Undergraduate Programmes, including but not limited to timetabling, course enrolment, examinations, handling enquiries, performing general clerical duties, and undertaking other tasks as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written test and an interview.
