Senior Executive Assistant/ Executive Assistant, Executive Education (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 534531) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
 
Applicants should possess a recognised degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline, with at least 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing or client servicing within a commercial or business environment.  They should have experience in brand marketing and organising promotional events, and experience in eDM and database management, and a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).  They should also be proficient in basic graphic design using Canva, and familiar with email marketing solutions (e.g. MailChimp), website content management systems (e.g. WordPress), and social media/content tools for WeChat (including XiuMi) and LinkedIn. Applicants should bring hands-on experience in executing digital marketing initiatives and social media outreach on platforms such as WeChat and LinkedIn, including content copywriting, layout design and scheduling. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of graphic design, video editing, copywriting skills in both English and Chinese, along with excellent time management and organizational skills, are highly desirable. Having prior experience in both agency and in-house environments is a valuable asset. Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation, design, workflow efficiency or data handling will be an advantage. Applicants with less work experience will be considered as Executive Assistant.
 
The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the Executive Education Team.  He/She will maintain database, handle marketing tasks, manage social media platforms, and provide clerical and logistics support to course arrangements.  He/She will also support digital marketing execution using Canva, XiuMi, MailChimp and WordPress for Executive Education campaigns, and draft bilingual copy for WeChat and LinkedIn posts as required. He/She will also liaise with external parties, manage and communicate with vendors, coordinate events, and perform any other duties as assigned.  The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.  
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
