Assistant Manager / Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Executive Officer / Clerk I) in the School of Innovation (Ref.: 534858 ) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years’ full-time relevant experience, preferably within tertiary institutions and the outreach sector. A good command of English and Chinese, a good level of IT proficiency, strong interpersonal skills and effective organizational abilities are essential. They should be self-motivated, responsible and proactive. Applicants with less experience may be considered for the position of Senior Executive Assistant.
The appointee will be responsible for managing publicity, outreach activities, student admission and external liaison. This includes organizing events such as school visits and seminars, executing digital marketing strategies, and engaging with key stakeholders. The appointee will also provide administrative support to other functions, such as programme administration and student matters, as well as any other duties as assigned.
