Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the School of Computing and Data Science (Ref.:534969) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary-term basis with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years' full-time work experience in administration. Relevant work experience in tertiary institutions would be an advantage. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint). They should also have a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; and be meticulous, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
The appointee will work in the Statistics and Actuarial Science Division, assisting in the administration of undergraduate and research postgraduate degree programmes, student matters and academic events, providing logistical support such as classroom booking, and performing other duties as assigned. The appointee will also be responsible for assisting in the organization of public lecture and seminars.
Those with less experience may be considered for the post of Executive Assistant. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. Applicants who have responded to the previous advertisements (ref. no.: 534168) need not re-apply.
