Applications are invited for appointment as Assistant Registrar in the Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance Section of the Registry (Ref.: 536382)
 
The Role
 
The appointee is expected to provide professional administrative support in the areas of teaching and learning, including initiatives related to curriculum development.  
 
Qualifications and Qualities
 
Applicants should possess a good university degree and at least 10 years’ relevant administrative experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector.  They should have a proven track record of leadership and a high capacity for independent action with sound judgement.  An excellent command of English and Chinese, together with outstanding analytical, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written), is essential.  Strong computer skills and artificial intelligence literacy are definite assets.  
 
What We Offer
 
The appointment will be made on a full-time fixed-term contract for two years, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal.  A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 15% of basic salary.  Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.  Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
