Executive Assistant, MBA Programme Admissions (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 537534) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin), good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural awareness and strong computer literacy. They should also be good team players, with the ability to work independently and pay great attention to details.
The appointees will provide administrative support to the operation of admissions exercises for the MBA programmes (part-time (Greater Bay Area mode)). He/She will also be required to assist in admission-related work including application review and processing, record and data maintenance, credentials verifications, document management, and related admissions and enrolment tasks. The appointee will occasionally be required to work outside normal office hours and weekends.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. He/She will work at the Cyberport campus.
