Clerical Assistant in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (Ref.:499240) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese (Level 2 from 2007), OR min. Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language and Chinese Language, with at least 3 years’ full-time relevant work experience. They should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (preferably with fluency in Putonghua), good computer knowledge and IT skills (including MS Office applications and Chinese word processing), good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. The appointee will provide general clerical support, assist in organizing events, and perform other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work on weekends occasionally.
