Executive Officer in the School of Nursing (Ref.:500521) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 4 years’ solid administrative experience. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua), IT proficiency, good communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of organizational and problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to multi-task and work independently with initiative. They should also be a good team player and attentive to details. The appointee will perform a wide spectrum of administrative work related to research, teaching and learning of undergraduate/taught postgraduate programmes and knowledge exchange. He/She will also provide secretarial support to committees and meetings; plan and organize academic-related activities and events; supervise junior staff; and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
